Our commitments

• We never advertise to users who have self-excluded.
• We do not run targeted ads, ever.
• We surface a reality-check modal after extended sessions to interrupt momentum.
• Our AI Insight content is framed as educational; we do not push "buy" or "sell" calls.
• Free play (XPCP on the Play surface) is genuinely free — no upsell, no purchase paths.

Tools available in-app

• Reality check. A modal interrupts long sessions to prompt reflection.
• Stake limits. Set a personal cap per session in your Profile.
• Self-exclusion. Block your wallet address from staking surfaces for 7, 30, 90 or 365 days. The block is enforced in the front-end and signalled to our BFF; smart-contract level enforcement is not always possible because contracts are public, but we will not facilitate signing.
• Session timeout. Automatic disconnect after extended inactivity.

Warning signs

Consider stepping back if you notice any of the following:

• Staking more than you intended in a session.
• Trying to win back losses by escalating stakes.
• Concealing usage from people close to you.
• Borrowing money to stake.
• Spending time on markets when you should be working, sleeping or with family.
• Feeling anxious or low when not using the platform.

Self-exclusion

To self-exclude, open your Profile in the app and choose a duration. Once active, staking surfaces will refuse to load and the connect-wallet UI will explain why. If you wish to extend or revoke a self-exclusion outside the app, email support@aurumoracle.com; revocations are subject to a cool-off period.

Underage protection

You must be at least 18 to use AurumOracle's staking and prediction features (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). If you suspect a minor has accessed the platform, contact us immediately.
