1. What AurumOracle is

AurumOracle is an experimental, non-custodial web interface to publicly deployed Algorand smart contracts ("the Contracts"). It does not hold user funds, does not act as a counterparty, and does not execute trades on behalf of users. All transactions are signed by the user's own wallet and submitted directly to the Algorand network.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• You must not be a resident of, or located in, a jurisdiction where prediction markets, derivatives or wager-style products are prohibited.
• You must not be on any sanctions list maintained by the UK, EU, US, or UN.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the laws of your local jurisdiction.

3. No financial advice

Nothing on AurumOracle is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. AI Insights, prediction streams, market commentary and any other generated content are educational and illustrative only. Always do your own research and consider consulting a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

4. Markets carry risk of total loss

Stakes placed on prediction markets, short-duration markets and high/low markets can be lost in full. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Smart-contract code, while audited, may contain bugs. Network outages, oracle failures and adverse market conditions can produce outcomes you do not expect. Only stake what you can afford to lose.

5. Wallet, custody and transactions

• You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and seed phrase.
• AurumOracle cannot recover lost wallets or reverse signed transactions.
• All on-chain fees are paid by you in ALGO at network rates.
• Vanity NFD purchases are made on third-party services (e.g. nf.domains); we do not custody those names.

6. NFD and XPC ecosystem

Vanity names under *.xpc.algo are purchased on the NFD service and registered on Algorand. Their primary utility is identity within the AurumOracle ecosystem. They have no guaranteed monetary value, do not represent equity, and do not entitle the holder to revenue. Future XPC airdrops, leaderboard benefits and governance weight are aspirational; we make no commitments to specific timing or amounts.

7. XPC-PLAY tokens

XPC-PLAY (XPCP) is a free-to-claim, no-cash-value token used solely for trying the platform's mechanics on the Play surface. It is non-transferable to real markets, has no monetary value, and is not a security or commodity. One grant per wallet.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to: attempt to manipulate market outcomes; exploit smart-contract bugs in bad faith (responsible disclosure to security@aurumoracle.com is welcomed and rewarded); use the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other illegal purpose; impersonate another person; abuse or harass other users.

9. AI prediction streaming

Prediction streams are generated by third-party large language models (Anthropic Claude). Outputs are probabilistic and may be wrong. Treat them as one signal among many, not as authoritative forecasts. We do not guarantee uptime or accuracy of any AI-generated content.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AurumOracle and its contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

11. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be surfaced in-app on next visit. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
